Was patient, especially in our situation in being from out of state.
She was our eyes and ears for communication towards getting us from Pa to Texas. She went and looked out for my wife and I, and cannot thank her enough for everything that she did for us. Morgan will always be the first friend we made in a location we knew nothing about, and what a great 1st friend to have…Thank you Morgan!

We were very difficult clients, not sure exactly what we wanted but were very sure when we didn’t like something. Morgan had the patience of a saint with us. She would help us vocalize what we did like vs what we didn’t like and then she would adjust our search accordingly. She indulged us viewing each and every house we asked to view (even though I’m sure she knew ahead of time that we wouldn’t like them). Not once did she make us feel rushed or pressured and she constantly reassured us. Morgan ultimately got us into a house we didn’t think would be possible. I can’t think of a better realtor to have in your corner!
